At MEVENTLE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

The following items are not eligible for return:

Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
Perishable goods
Downloadable or digital products
Items marked as final sale

How to Request a Return

Please include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions once your request is approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the returned item. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
